The pandemic has hit the events industry quite hard as all events have one thing in common: To bring people together. As this is rather difficult these days, Plain Schwarz is facing new challenges and happily learns new ways of getting people together virtually.

At the same time, we are looking at smaller events with a limited amount of people and would like to inform you that we are taking all measures necessary to keep our events as safe as possible for everyone. In order to achieve this, we are monitoring the national health advise from Robert Koch Institut, the German federal government agency and research institute responsible for disease control and prevention, closely and update our plans accordingly if necessary. Of course we are also collaborating closely on health concepts with venues. At all our events,

  • all participants can be tracked and informed in case of an outbreak
  • we provide sanitation stations with alcohol-based hand sanitizer
  • we sanitize surfaces regularly in the event space
  • all staff receive a briefing on good hygiene instructions before each event and reminded to wash hands often
  • we sanitize speaker microphones
  • we request that anyone sick or experiencing any cold/flu-like symptoms stay home for their own safety and the safety of others
